RESIDENTS ELECT NEW DIRECTORS
Fonn Villas residents voted at the January 17 Annual Meeting to elect three new Board directors to serve three-year terms. The new directors, recommended by the nominating committee, are Pat Clynes, Nete Sundt, and Tonya Wright. They replace David Tresch, Barbara Drumheller, and Russ Calhoun who have completed their three-year terms.
After the meeting, the new Board met and elected FVCA officers as follows:
President – Greg Holloway
Vice President – Michael Moore
Treasurer – Ollie Aldrich
Parliamentarian – John Baugher
Sergeant-at-Arms – Nete Sundt
We appreciate our Board members for making the time and effort to attend the meetings and manage our neighborhood!
KIMBERLEY LANE PROJECT

YEAR-END REPORTS BY COMMITTEE CHAIRS
At the Annual Meeting, committee chairs reported on their activities during 2010. Here are some of the highlights:
Architectural Standards: 67 projects were approved in 2010; 7 projects not approved.
Citizens On Patrol: The COP program started again this year, thanks to lots of hard work by Nick Hiemstra.
Directory: It’s coming soon, in much the same format as last year.
Welcoming: 16 families were welcomed into Fonn Villas last year.

Sonny and Kim Smith join Fonn Villas at 12723 Broken Bough from Washington, DC. They have two children and can be reached at sosmith@vt.edu.
