Neighborhood Standards
Standards adopted in 2007, and amended in 2010, stem from covenants established in the Deed Restrictions. 
These standards create a vision for Fonn Villas and assist homeowners in their plans for any changes to their properties. Standards help promote the maintenance and appreciation of real estate values in Fonn Villas.
The standards were founded in the Deed Restrictions and are necessary to preserve the consistent appearance and structural integrity of the properties in Fonn Villas, as well as preserve the natural setting and beauty of the subdivision.
Prior to commencement of any construction, modification, repainting, alteration, or addition to existing improvements on a lot, a written application must be submitted to the Architectural Standards Chairperson for review and approval. For questions or comments contact info@fonnvillas.org.
