NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024.
The meeting will be held on September 22, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.
The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any appropriate action with respect to such matters:
Review and approval of the minutes of the Board meeting held on August 10, 2026;
Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams);
ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);
Security Committee Report (Colton Rainey), including but not limited to:
a. Discussion regarding status of letter agreements with other neighborhoods;
Welcome Committee Report (Barbara Smith);
TIRZ 17 Report (Karen Lachaux);
Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Vacant);
Memorial Management District Report (Vacant);
Capital Improvements Report (Kyle Hill), including but not limited to:
a. Discussion regarding proposed long term capital reserve study;
Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill);
Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold/Amanda Field);
Other Business, including but not limited to:
a. Approval of Resolution Regarding Trash Service Charges; and
b. Approval of Agreement for private trash and recycling services;
Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker);
Executive Session in accordance with Section 209.0051(c), Texas Property Code;
Reconvene in open session and summarize actions resulting from Executive Session, including but not limited to:
a. Authorization for Association’s counsel to post properties for foreclosure and/or file suit against delinquent homeowners; and
Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
