NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024. The meeting will be held on November 10, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:

• Review and approval of the minutes of the Board meetings held on October 20, 2025 (Kyle Dorociak); 

• Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams) including but not limited to:

• Discussion and approval of the preliminary budget for the 2026 Fiscal Year,

• Setting next year’s millage rate for the Annual Maintenance Charge,

• Setting next year’s Annual Facilities Assessments and

• Setting late fees for Maintenance Charge and Assessment Fees; 

• ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);

• Security Committee Report (Colton Rainey);

• Welcome Committee Report (Barbara Smith);

• TIRZ 17 and Memorial Super Neighborhood Reports (currently no committee members for either of these committees);

• Capital Improvements Report (Ryan Deal);

• Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill);

• Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold);

• Other Business, including but not limited to:

• Discussion of other roles to be filled on the HOA for January 2026 going forward including but not limited to: website, newsletter, block captains, communications, and socials;  

• Discussion on the competitive bid threshold in Financial Procedures for continued appropriateness; 

• Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); and

• Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
