NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024.
The meeting will be held on June 8, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.
The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:
Review and approval of the minutes of the Board meeting held on May 11, 2026;
Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams);
ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);
Security Committee Report (Colton Rainey), including but not limited to:
a. Discussion regarding Beacon taking over invoicing and status of letter agreements with other neighborhoods;
Welcome Committee Report (Barbara Smith);
TIRZ 17 Report (Karen Lachaux);
Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Vacant);
Memorial Management District Report (Vacant);
Capital Improvements Report (Kyle Hill), including but not limited to:
a. Discussion regarding proposed long term capital reserve study;
Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill), including but not limited to:
a. Status of pool plumbing repairs;
b. Purchase of additional furniture for pool facility;
c. Discuss potentially removing padlock at pool facility gate; and
d. Discuss potentially implementing fee to hold party at pool facility;
Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold/Amanda Field);
Swim Team Report;
Other Business, including but not limited to:
a. Proposed City of Houston solid waste fee and updated private trash proposals; and
b. Authorization for Association’s counsel to post property for foreclosure;
Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); and
Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
