FONN VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024.

The meeting will be held on July 13, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any appropriate action with respect to such matters:

1. Review and approval of the minutes of the Board meeting held on June 8, 2026;

2. Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams);

3. ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);

4. Security Committee Report (Colton Rainey), including but not limited to:

a. Discussion regarding proposed Constable fee increase and option to reduce percentage of time spent in area; and

b. Discussion regarding Beacon taking over invoicing and status of letter agreements with other neighborhoods;

5. Welcome Committee Report (Barbara Smith);

6. TIRZ 17 Report (Karen Lachaux);

7. Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Vacant);

8. Memorial Management District Report (Vacant);

9. Capital Improvements Report (Kyle Hill), including but not limited to:

a. Discussion regarding proposed long term capital reserve study;

10. Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill), including but not limited to:

a. Discuss potentially implementing fee to hold party at pool facility;

11. Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold/Amanda Field);

12. Swim Team Report;

13. Other Business, including but not limited to:

a. Proposed City of Houston solid waste fee and updated private trash proposals; and

14. Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker);

15. Executive Session in accordance with Section 209.0051(c), Texas Property Code;

16. Reconvene in open session and summarize actions resulting from Executive Session, including but not limited to:

a. Authorization for Association’s counsel to post properties for foreclosure and/or file suit against delinquent homeowners; and

17. Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
