FONN VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold an Annual Meeting of the Members at Pines Presbyterian Church, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024 in Room W12 (located in the preschool area of their campus). The meeting will be held on January 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:

• Review and approval of the minutes of the Board meetings held on December 8, 2025

• Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams);

• ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);

• Security Committee Report (Colton Rainey); 

• TIRZ 17 Report;

• Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Kyle Hill);

• Capital Improvements Report;

• Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill);

• Welcome Committee Report (Barbara Smith); 

• Block Captains Committee Report (Barbara Smith);

• Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold); 

• 2025 Swim Team Report (Allison Marshall/Una Kirkpatrick);

• Other Business, including but not limited to:

• CenterPoint project update

• Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); 

• President’s Remarks; 

• Election of 3 new directors to the FVCA BOD; and

• Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
