FONN VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024. 

The meeting will be held on February 9, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:

1. Review and approval of the minutes of the annual meeting of Association members and the Board organizational meeting, each held on January 26, 2026;

2. Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams), including but not limited to:

   1. Adoption of final budget for 2026 fiscal year;

      ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);

3. Security Committee Report (Colton Rainey), including but not limited to:

1. Discussion regarding letter agreements with other neighborhoods;

4. Welcome Committee Report (Barbara Smith);

5. TIRZ 17 Report (Karen Lachaux);

6. Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Kyle Hill);

7. Capital Improvements Report (Kyle Hill), including but not limited to:

1. Discussion regarding proposed long term capital reserve study;

8. Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill) , including but not limited to:

1. Discussion regarding potential new playground equipment at pool facility;

9. Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold);

10. Swim Team Report;

11. Other Business, including but not limited to:

1. Appointment of director to replace Ryan Deal on the Board;

12. Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); and

13. Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
