FONN VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberley Lane, Houston, Texas 77024. The meeting will be held on June 9, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.
The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:
Review and approval of the minutes of both the Regular Meeting held on May 12, 2025;
Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams);
ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix) including but not limited to proposed revisions to FVCA Guidelines for Architectural and Neighborhood Standards for BOD discussion and approval;
Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Kyle Hill);
Security Committee Report (currently vacated), including but not limited to:
Finding a replacement chair for the security committee;
TIRZ 17 Committee Report (currently vacated), including but not limited to:
Finding a replacement chair for the TIRZ 17 committee;
Capital Improvements Report (Ryan Deal);
Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill);
Communications and Community Reports including but not limited to:
Brief directory update from a member of the Directory Committee;
Recap of Memorial Day party and comments regarding the upcoming 4th of July social (Katie Eisterhold);
2025 Swim Team Report (Allison Marshall/Una Kirkpatrick);
Other Business, including but not limited to:
Appointment of Director to fill Board vacancy; and
Further discussion following results of the trash survey sent out 4/23/2025 and the 5/20/2025 town hall meeting and any associated information gathered following the town hall meeting in order to determine next steps;
Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); and
Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
