FONN VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024. The meeting will be held on July 14, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:

• Review and approval of the minutes of both the Regular Meeting held on June 9,  2025

• Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams);

• ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);

• Security Committee Report (Kyle Hill); 

• TIRZ 17 Report;

• Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Kyle Hill);

• Capital Improvements Report (Ryan Deal);

• Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill);

• Communications Report including but not limited to:

• 2025 directory update (representative of Directory Committee)

• 4th of July party (Kyle Hill)

• Welcome Committee updates, (Barbara Smith)

• 2025 Swim Team Report (Allison Marshall/Una Kirkpatrick);

• Other Business, including but not limited to:

• Appointment of Director to fill Board vacancy;

• Trash: any progress made since June meeting and subsequent board discussion on additional items to research; 

• Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); and

• Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
