NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the above captioned Association will hold a regular meeting of the Board at Pines Presbyterian Church, Room C3, 12751 Kimberly Lane, Houston, Texas 77024. 

The meeting will be held on September 8, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.

The Board shall consider and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:

• Review and approval of the minutes of the Board meetings held on July 14, 2025;

• Treasurer’s Report (Ladd Williams);

• ACC and ASC Reports (Josh Nix);

• Security Committee Report (Kyle Hill), including but not limited to:

• Board approval of Constable contract renewal

• Moving Security committee fully back to the board;

• Memorial Super Neighborhood Report (Kyle Hill);

• Capital Improvements Report (Ryan Deal);

• Community Facilities and Park Report (Kyle Hill);

• Communications Report (Katie Eisterhold), including but not limited to:

• Welcome committee

• Block captains

• National Night Out (Tuesday, 10/7)

• Other Business, including but not limited to:

• Recent DRV violations,

• Dad’s Club Lease resumed 9/2

• Public Comments (limited to 2 minutes per speaker); and

• Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
