Reminder: The Annual Meeting is tonight!

Pines Presbyterian Church has confirmed that they are still hosting meetings this evening, so the FVCA's Annual Meeting as originally scheduled will still be held tonight as of the circulation of this email.

The Fonn Villas Board of Directors will hold its annual meeting on Monday, January 26th, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held at Pines Presbyterian Church in Room W12, which is in the Pines Preschool area of the church, as shown on their campus map here.

The church will have the doors open for the meeting beginning at 6:45PM. Doors will no longer be automatically open after 7:30PM, so please try to be on time. 

At the meeting, a vote will be held to elect new 3 members to the Fonn Villas Civic Association Board, standard business reports will be presented, as will any other new business. Please bring your completed ballots with you or send with a neighbor attending the meeting. Please please ensure you've completed the proxy section correctly if you plan on casting your ballot via proxy.

If there are any changes, residents will be notified via email blast or here on the neighborhood website.
