Fonn Villas Board Member Nominees and Ballot Instructions
There are 3 positions on the FVCA Board of Directors that will be voted on at the Annual Meeting on 1/26. The following individuals will be included on the ballot. Board Members who are elected in January 2026 will serve the neighborhood until January 2029.
Kyle Hill is running for Position 4.
Kyle is a long-time Fonn Villas resident and has served on the board for 9 consecutive years. He is also the Fonn Villas #1 Real Estate agent. Kyle and his family live near the pool. Kyle loves making Fonn Villas a better place for his neighbors and friends. In his spare time, Kyle and his family like to go boating in Galveston Bay where they are members of the Houston Yacht Club. Thank you for your vote!
Rob Tockman is running for Position 5.
Rob moved to his current home in Fonn Villas in 2012 along with his wife and son. A retired accountant, he was a senior partner with the international accounting firm of KPMG for over 38 years, living in 7 different cities. Now you can find him in the park almost every morning, making sure each of the dogs gets a proper amount of petting! He looks forward to joining the HOA board and keeping Fonn Villas a great place to live.
Amanda Field is running for Position 6.
Amanda has been a resident of Fonn Villas since October 2024. After hearing exceptional things about the community, she and her family were excited to become a part of it. Amanda is a financial advisor and has been with UBS since 2015, following prior experience as a Private Advisor with BB&T Wealth. She holds a B.A. in economics and government from the University of Virginia and is an active member of both the Women’s Finance Exchange of Houston and the Houston Estate & Finance Forum. In addition to her professional work, Amanda has volunteered with organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Her motivation for serving on the HOA board includes maintaining property values, strengthening Fonn Villas’ reputation as a desirable neighborhood for families in the Memorial area, and improving community amenities and communication. Amanda brings strengths in budget discipline, organization, and collaborative decision-making, and looks forward to contributing positively to the continued growth and success of the neighborhood.
In the next few days, each household in Fonn Villas will receive a ballot for the 2026 Board of Directors election. Please note that there is only one ballot to complete per household. The ballot will contain instructions on how to return the ballot. If you plan on mailing in your ballot, we suggest mailing it no later than Monday, January 19th.
A quorum of residents’ ballots is needed to elect new board members.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOUR BALLOT IS RECEIVED IN THE MAIL ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 23RD OR IN PERSON AT THE MEETING.
