Update on 2026 Maintenance Charge/Facilities Assessments
The annual maintenance charge/facilities assessments for Fonn Villas Property owners were transmitted late this year, but please be assured that they are on their way to residents via email or physical mail. The Board of Directors apologies for the delay in their transmittal and will make every effort possible for a late transmittal to not happen again in the future.
Please be advised that there no interest or late fees assessed for any payments made on or before 1/31/2026.
Those residents who received an email regarding their annual invoice can also find them posted on their homeowner's portal on Vantaca, the software that Beacon Residential Management, the neighborhood's management company, uses. Residents are encouraged to sign up for a Vantaca account if they don't have one already, but please be advised that there can only be one Vantaca account per household.
If you do not receive your invoice by January 9th, please email Request@BRMTexas.com and they will get you in good shape. When contacting them, please be sure to provide the correct homeowner name for ease in identification.
